June was another month of celebrating milestones, learning about our members’ businesses, and strengthening the relationships that make RGBBN more than just a networking group. We gathered three times during the month, taking a break the Friday before Father’s Day, and each meeting reminded us that referrals begin with understanding one another’s stories.
We opened the month with Brandon Reyes of Dedicated Mobile Detailing, who shared what it’s like operating during his busiest season. With three employees and a growing business, Brandon has built his reputation on attention to detail—even cleaning the rails beneath vehicle seats that many detailers overlook. His ideal referrals include busy professionals, active families, and sports parents who want to keep their vehicles looking their best without sacrificing their valuable time.
We also heard from Truda Pauly of NuSkin, who celebrated an incredible 29 years as an RGBBN member. Truda continues to educate clients on quality nutritional supplements and wellness products that help people improve their overall health and quality of life. Her longevity in both her business and our group is a testament to the value of building lasting relationships.
Mid-month, Dr. Grace of Dental Haven celebrated 19 years in practice while reflecting on the path that led her to dentistry. She shared how her passion for design and creativity naturally translated into creating healthy, confident smiles. What truly sets Dr. Grace apart is her commitment to honesty and always doing what is right for the patient. She also encouraged members to refer individuals who may have postponed dental care because of financial concerns, reminding us that a conversation about treatment options can often make care more accessible than people expect.

We also celebrated the official launch of Los Lagos | The Stroll magazine with Gretchen Thomas. Gretchen explained that partnering with her is about much more than purchasing advertising space. Every business goes through a personalized onboarding process, receives an introductory feature and a two-page spotlight, and has opportunities to participate in community events that build genuine relationships with residents. Her passion for promoting local businesses makes her a true marketing partner—not simply an advertising representative.
We closed out the month with an engaging presentation from Janelle Willis of Tri Counties Bank, who tested our knowledge with a fun trivia quiz about the bank’s history. While Tri Counties Bank has served California communities for more than 50 years, Janelle reminded us that what truly distinguishes the bank is its relationship-first approach. She shared how their team helps entrepreneurs find the right banking solutions, supports businesses through every stage of growth, and consistently puts customer service ahead of transactions. It’s easy to see why relationship banking remains at the heart of everything they do.
Finally, Jeff Williams of Zane Design Marketing showcased the many ways businesses can elevate their brand through promotional products. From in-house embroidery and screen printing to sublimation, direct-to-film (DTF), and custom promotional items, Jeff demonstrated that whether you’re outfitting a team, preparing for an event, or increasing brand awareness, Zane Design Marketing has the expertise to bring your vision to life.
One of the things that makes RGBBN unique is that every presentation helps us become better referral partners. The more we understand not only what our fellow members do, but why they do it and who they serve best, the more intentional and meaningful our referrals become. June was filled with milestone celebrations, business growth, and reminders that relationships remain the foundation of successful networking.
We’d love to have you join us as a guest. Join us to learn more about our members, upcoming meetings, and how you can experience the power of relationship-based networking.
